Q: How long is the warranty on my lights?
A: Our lights have a one (1) year warranty for failure of LED Halos and also for moisture buildup inside the housing. If this happens please give us a call or send us an email. We will get back to you as soon as possible. See contact us page.
Q: How long does it take to have my lights built?
A: Most builds take around 3 to 8 weeks to be built depending on what all is added to your lights.
Q: If I buy a product and decide I don't like it can I return the product?
A: No, these headlights are custom built specifically for you and we do not offer a refund.
Q: If my lights get moisture inside them can I warranty them?
A: Yes you can warranty our product due to moisture buildup. However, customer must pay shipping to and from our shop.
Q: If some of the LEDs go bad in my light can I warranty them?
A: Yes you can warranty our product for LED failure. However, customer must pay shipping to and from our shop. We will test the product before shipping back to you.
Q: If I want something custom fabricated but do not see it on the website what can I do?
A: Give us a call or send us an email of what you are looking for and we will do our best to take care of you.
